This Aged Balsamic is a high-density (1,33) Premium vinegar aged over 3 years in fine small wooden barrels. Complex flavour and rich notes, well perceivable acidity but balanced by sweet notes. As in tradition, its balsamic notes make it a perfect digestive after a meal.
