Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - Green

This is a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP of medium density: 1.18. The acid notes are well perceived, but rounded by a slight sweetness in the background. The colour is deep brown and shiny. The aroma is distinctly acidic, without being too pungent. The wood and fruit notes are well perceived, the body and envelopment of the product are great, and its slight density allows it to linger longer in the mouth.
