PRODUCT DISCLAIMER: Taleggio is a traditional washed-rind Italian cheese that undergoes a specific ageing process. During maturation, naturally occurring moulds can develop on the rind, often appearing blue, grey, green or white in colour. This is a characteristic of the cheese and does not indicate that it is spoiled.
