Exclusively produced with Sardinian sheep milk, whole and raw. After a passing it in brine between the 38 and the 42 hours it passes to the aging rooms. A hard paste cheese with strong scent and a strong taste with little spic notes, produced even today with the ancient production methods by the knowing hands and the hard work of the artisans. It is perfect to be consumed as a table cheese, for a cheese platter at the end of the meal with le last glass of wine.
